Along with IVI optometrists your staff members will actively participate in conducting vision screenings for underprivileged communities. They will support our team in organizing camps at each location. This includes logistical coordination, setting up screening stations, managing patient flow, and ensuring the smooth execution of the program. And employees will have the opportunity to engage directly with communities and assist in the distribution of spectacles.
