As an Optometrist in the Professional Development and Research team, you will play a vital role in organizing and delivering high-quality programs aimed at enhancing the skills and knowledge of optometry professionals, students, and educators. The role includes designing tailored courses, managing educational initiatives, and ensuring program effectiveness through quality assessment. Additionally, you will collaborate with external stakeholders and support communication efforts by drafting promotional content for social media and creative materials. Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Optometry. Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the field.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute professional development programs for optometry professionals, students, and educators.

  • Assess and ensure the quality and impact of educational and vision screening programs.

  • Collaborate with external stakeholders to promote and implement initiatives effectively.

  • Support the communication and design team by drafting social media content, flyers, and promotional materials.

  • Conduct regular program evaluations and prepare detailed reports.

  • Travel as needed to oversee program implementation and outreach efforts.
