Promoting Optometry as career at the Times Education Boutique 2013: Chennai and Kolkata

IVI participated in the Times Education Boutique (TEB) in Chennai on 4-5 May 2013 and Kolkata on 11-12 May 2013. The Career and Education Exhibition provided a platform for direct interaction between educational institutes, academicians and students.

Representatives of optometry departments from Vasan Optometry College, Shri Prakash Institute of Optometry, Rama Chandra University, SRM University from Chennai, and Krishnalaya School of Optometry, Vidyasagar College of Optometry and Vision Science, Pailan School Of Optometry, NSHM Knowledge Campus from Kolkata interacted with prospective students and parents to discuss available options for pursuing optometry as a career.

Financial support towards the program was provided by Essilor India Pvt Ltd. Program support was received from ASCO, OCI, LVPEI and BHVI.
