Practical Dispensing - Part I
An online seminar on
Practical Dispensing was presented by Ms Anitha Arvind, ASCO Regional
Representative (MP) and faculty at Amity Medical School, Amity University,
Gurgaon. Over 350 students from optometry institutions across India attended
the seminar.
Seventh in the IVI Online Seminar Series, the
seminar is being offered in two sessions. The first seminar conducted on 26
February focused on fine art of spectacle dispensing, lens forms & base
curve, spectacle fitting, prescription analysis etc. Case studies presented by
Ms Arvind to provide a better understanding of the topic, was well received by
the students.
The date of the concluding seminar focusing on
advanced approach to dispensing optics will soon be announced.
