Session V – Optometry Giving Sight
Addressing the global burden of uncorrected refractive error, the fifth online seminar for optometry professionals was conducted on 21 September 2016. The one hour talk was facilitated by Mr Clive Miller- CEO, Optometry Giving Sight.
The seminar was attended by optometry professionals including practitioners, educators and postgraduate students from 10 institutions across the country. Mr Miller provided imminent information about Optometry Giving Sight, including their global campaigns and global sponsors. He also provided specifics on OGS’ key projects and support towards human resource development provided by them in various countries across the globe.
