IVI organized an Optometry Orientation Program
for the first, second and third year students of optometry graduate program to
assist them in understanding the broader landscape of optometry in India and
the scope of the profession in terms of career development.
About 40 students of the School of Optometry,
PRIST University, Pondicherry, attended the orientation program facilitated by
Revanth Kumar, from India Vision Institute on 13 March 2015.
The students found the seminar to be very useful
in terms of optometry education and career opportunities.
