Session IV - Leadership and Management
Focusing on different leadership styles, coaching the team on change management, interpreting different problem solving approaches and deciding on the best approach, the fourth session of the IVI Online Series for Institutional Development was facilitated by Mr Ravi Shivram- Consultant, India Vision Institute.
The session was attended by optometry school heads from MES College of Optometry- Pune, NSHM Knowledge Campus-Kolkata and Sri Harkishan Sahib Eye Hospital- Mohali. The series aims to strengthen optometry schools and colleges in terms of infrastructure, standardizing them and thereby continually improving the quality of optometrists.
