India Vision Institute is delighted to announce the "IVI Essilor Young Optometry Researcher Rolling Trophy 2022". 

This is the seventh year of the Rolling Trophy. IVI invites eligible candidates* to send us their applications for this award. The winner will receive the IVI Essilor Researcher Award and the Rolling Trophy will be sent to their college.

Purpose

The yearly award aims to improve the research capacity of optometry institutions by developing research interest among undergraduate optometry students. The award will recognize the winning institution and its student researcher for the best research proposal initiated as part of the course requirement.
                                               
Who can apply?

*Only applications from undergraduate Optometry students will be considered. Multiple entries from the same school will not be entertained.

How to apply?

• Institutions will nominate the best project undertaken among the currently enrolled students of Bachelors in Optometry. Only one nomination from each institution will be accepted.

• Please email the nomination in the prescribed application format along with the justification letter to [email protected]org on or before Friday, 15 July 2022.

Selection Process

• All shortlisted students will get an opportunity to present their projects.

• The expert panel will select the winner after assessing the projects on the basis of their relevance innovation and benefits to the field of Optometry.

Award

The award will consist of an IVI Rolling trophy for the institution and the winning student will receive a cash prize of INR 10,000/-
